We want you to be happy with your Botanalia order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To request a return, contact us at Motiviger@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.
Items should be returned in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Please do not send a return without contacting us first, as we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit before they reach the designated return location.
If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us before returning it.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at Motiviger@outlook.com.
Please include your order number and photos or video of the issue where reasonably possible.
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Where applicable law requires a particular refund timeframe, we will follow that requirement.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to you.
EU/EEA & UK Customers
Customers in the EU/EEA and UK may have additional statutory rights for online purchases, including a 14 - day right to cancel qualifying purchases without giving a reason. These rights apply independently of our voluntary 30-day return policy.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds and return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. For EU withdrawals, the customer can generally be responsible for direct return costs if informed in advance, while the seller generally reimburses the original standard delivery charge.
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.
